How do I cancel my hosting service or request a refund? If you are not completely satisfied with your hosting service, please reach out to [email protected] with your order number and the service you’d like to cancel, and our support team will assist you.
What is your refund policy? We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. All refund requests must be requested within 30 days of the initial order date. Since our services are digital (web hosting/servers), there are no physical items to return in a box.
Once a cancellation and refund are approved, your hosting account and associated data will be securely terminated. To request a refund within the 30-day timeframe, please reach out to [email protected]. An order number must be provided, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment.
How long does it take to process a refund? Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your bank statement.
What should I do if my hosting package is incorrect? If your server configuration or hosting package is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will troubleshoot the issue or adjust your server specs to ensure you get exactly what you paid for.
